It is very important to us that you feel secure while visiting and ordering with Harakeke Florist. We take security seriously, and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We use a secure Hosted Payment page to process online orders. This means your credit card details are never recorded or stored on our website; they are processed only in the highly secure environment.

 UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold personal information about you. You may also request a copy of the information and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it. You are at all times entitled to change your personal information that we hold. In order to do this, click the Customer Login button at the top left of the any page on the Site. After signing in your personal information will be made available for you to view and change. You also have the ability to change your secure password at any stage. You will be required however to enter your current password in order to change it to a different one.

PASSWORDS

You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name, email address and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Harakeke florist password to any third parties.
